Member Insights has two key modules.
Member Insights is able to analyse the data using clever artificial intelligence to understand the journey your members are taking. Based on habits deteriorating, we can identify an ‘at risk of leaving’ member 1 month before they even stop turning up. Therefore you can perform your retention strategies with sufficient time to turn that person’s habit around.
Our reporting will also show you those that require more personal training (i.e. working hard but not progressing fast enough to their goals).
Marketing can also use the dashboard to identify pockets of opportunity; for example, if you see 50 half marathon runners in the dashboard, of which 30 can currently run 9km, you can offer these people a Tues evening half marathon training running club, aimed at taking people from 10km to 21km. Alongside your new class, you can add custom ‘half marathon training’ workouts on the Life Fitness console to mix up their training with an outdoor run and in-gym running (encourages more visits).
Member Insights offer unlimited report requests, meaning you can continually add to the standard reports we already offer, should you want to slice the data in other ways.
Paul Bedford, the retention specialist, has research to suggest that 4 conversations with a member per month will make them 80% more likely to stay.
The challenge with this is if you have many members to communicate with, the only means you currently have is non-personalised formats such as newsletters and social media.
With Member Insights, you will communicate with your members 10+ times per month with personalised, well-timed support & advice. This message will be generated based on their goal progress and their app activity – as they log new data, the artificial intelligence will decide the best advice or encouragement message to help that member move closer to their goal.
So even if your member doesn’t turn up to your gym, Member Insights will still support them to make smarter health & fitness decisions.
