GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR DATA
The product information provided by Halo Fitness Cloud is extremely valuable and will contribute to the health and longevity of your equipment purchase. Our Service Notices tool will identify common maintenance and service needs, and prescribe what actions you should take to keep your cardio running strong.
From your account homepage, click on Service in the menu bar. In your Service page, you can find more detail on Equipment Rotation, Maintenance and History.
Equipment Rotation is refreshed every Sunday, and will display all equipment recommended to be rotated based on the highest and lowest used equipment on your facility floor. The total mileage and hours displayed are a reflection of the date when the data was recorded. To clear your queue, you have to Complete or Dismiss each recommended equipment rotation.
To complete a rotation and remove from your queue, you must log who performed the service and the date it was completed. You also have the opportunity to add additional notes. The Completed By field will auto-populate with account managers, or you can manually input a name that will be saved for future use. Once the rotation is completed and saved, it will be moved to your History tab for future reference
