This shows you all the members that have connected to Retain. In here you can see their connected apps, the date they last logged something, date of last contact and a link to their profile.
WHAT IS THE ‘EXERCISER INSIGHT’ REPORT?
This breaks your members down into some important clusters.
Select ‘at risk’ to filter down to just these.
This will show you all the users whose habits have been deteriorating. We monitor their levels of exercise and when they drop by more than 50%, this can be an indicator that they need some input to ensure they don't stop going to the gym. Once their frequency workouts improve again, they will leave the report.
This report continually evolves as we learn more about what signs members show before they leave the gym.
Select ‘not progressing’ to filter down to just these.
These members are those that are logging exercises often but are not showing signs of progressing with their fitness goal. These users may not be at risk of leaving just yet and are an opportunity to help members when they need it the most.
These members usually need to either set more realistic goals or improve on their current efforts to improve the chance of them succeeding. Both scenarios are an opportunity for personal training/gym staff input.
Select ‘new’ to filter down to just these.
These are all the members that have connected within the past 7 days. These will want close attention and help to get up and running.
Select ‘doing well’ to filter down to just these.
These members have been active recently and/or are showing progress towards their goal. Congratulate these members on their activeness and progress.
WHAT ARE GOAL REPORTS?
These reports will show you all the members that have selected a particular goal. Use these to filter down to clusters of members that share similar traits. You can see those training for:

Once into a report, you will see the relevant information to that type of goal and the progress they have made.
WHAT ARE ACCOUNT REPORTS?
Account reports allow you to see the status of each connected user. Here you filter by those that are active and those that have abandoned the setup.
The abandoned users will need to complete the onboarding; encourage them to return to your bespoke onboarding page to finish.
WHAT IS THE ‘OUTDOOR HEATMAP’ REPORT?
This report shows you a heatmap displaying where your members are exercising outside of the facility.
Filter by activity type to see how those trends change. You can select from running, cycling, walking, swimming and more.
Change the date selection to see how this compares to other time periods.
WHAT IS THE ‘EXERCISE TIMING’ REPORT?
This report will show you what exercise is being done at each hour of the day, and the demographics for that hour.
Use this report to understand how your members are exercising throughout the days and match this to your current services, classes, equipment and spot opportunities to change those to match your members.
WHAT IS THE ‘APP USAGE’ REPORT?
The app usage report will display the most popular apps that are being connected in your facility. This will show both the percentage of members connecting that app + the percentage of logs that the app contributes.
The most important information to gain from this report is which apps are popular and therefore are the ones that staff should learn, try and recommend to other users.
