I want to support my members that need extra help with their goals, how should I do that?
The ‘users not progressing’ insight shows you the members that are exercise frequently but aren't showing signs of progress towards their goal.
This poses a great opportunity for you to either:
Put them into programs, classes or services that will increase their chance of hitting that goal
Re-evaluate their goal and set them on a new, more achievable trajectory
Put a personal training program together bespoke to what they want to achieve
As a theoretical example:
Jane wants to run a half marathon in 3 months time. Currently, she has only logged a 3km run.
With only 3 months to go, a personal trainer see’s Jane in the ‘not progressing’ report and puts together a 12-week running plan that shows steady progression, preparing her for the run.
Every 3 weeks, she recommends a personal training session to assess progress where the PT will put her through tests on the treadmill. The personal trainer will also log in to check progress each week and make a note on progression and what to aim for the following week. This whole package can be wrapped up into a $200 fee.
