If your data isn’t coming through to Member Insights, then please follow the instructions below:
Check the data is appearing in your app. E.g. if you see 6000 steps for yesterday in Fitbit but nothing in Member Insights. If the data isn’t in your app, then the issue lies with the app. Refer to the apps’ FAQ page to troubleshoot.
If the data is in the app but not in Member Insights, then:
Wait 24 hours after you entered the data. Some apps may not send us the data until midnight
Let us know by emailing the customer support rep. We’ll investigate further with the app provider immediately.
