This article will examine the Fitness Log tab that you will find within a member's profile. This tab is important to view the workouts that your member has completed. From this screen there is a lot of information that you can review and you have the ability to communicate with the member from here.
Navigate to Members tab from home screen. Click on Manage -> Member List and go to the member's profile.
If you click the ‘Fitness Feed’ tab, you will see a screen very similar to the picture above.
Here, you can view the workout the member completed, view the date the workout was completed, view the name of the workout, see how long it took the member to complete that workout.
If you have a "Train" plan, you have some additional features where you can communicate with your members. You can ‘Like” or Comment on a workout by clicking either the Thumbs Up Button or the Comment Bubble. This will keep you in contact with your member while trying to assist in their fitness journey.
