GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR DATA
The product information provided by Halo Fitness Cloud is extremely valuable and will contribute to the health and longevity of your equipment purchase. Our Service Notices tool will identify common maintenance and service needs, and prescribe what actions you should take to keep your cardio running strong.
From your account homepage, click on the Service tab in the menu bar. In your Service page, you find more detail on Equipment Rotation, Maintenance and History. Go to Maintenance tab.
Maintenance is refreshed daily, and will display all the Treadmills requiring a belt inspection. Click on Inspect Belt link for best practices on determining when a belt needs replacement.
The total mileage and hours displayed are a reflection of the date when the data was recorded. To clear your queue, you have to Complete or Dismiss the belt inspection record. More information can be found if you click on "Belt Inspection Guide".
To complete a belt inspection and remove from your queue, you must log who performed the inspection and the date it was completed. You also have the opportunity to add additional notes and include whether inspection required a new belt to be ordered. The Inspected By field will auto-populate with account managers, or you can manually input a name that will be saved for future use. Once the inspection is completed and saved, it will be moved to your History tab for future reference.
