GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR DATA
The product information provided by Halo Fitness Cloud is extremely valuable and will contribute to the health and longevity of your equipment purchase. Our Service Notices tool will identify common maintenance and service needs, and prescribe what actions you should take to keep your cardio running strong.
From your account homepage, click on Service in the menu bar. In your Service page, you find find the History tab.
History shows all the equipment rotation and maintenance records for the last year.
The Date column reflects the date entered in the completed form or when the task was dismissed.
The Action column describes the action taken, and if Notes were added, they can be accessed by clicking the Notes Icon.
For all dismissed records, "Completed By" will be the email associated to the user’s account who dismissed it.
Completed records will display the name entered in the Complete Form. Action “Belt Replaced” and Completed By “Belt Reset” will show as an automatic record when the belt has been replaced and proper installation was performed.
