Navigate to the Promote tab and then click on the sub-navigation called "Email Wizard"
Enter the name for your mass email template in the first box. This is the name for your email campaign. Next, add the name that will appear on the email as the sender and then also the email address the message will come from, and users will be able to reply to. Finally, add the subject of your email message.
Next, choose a design. The grey space in the images above are where you are able to insert pictures.
Now you are ready to start building your email.
Insert images by dragging them into the picture areas or clicking the "upload it" link.
For your content, you have many tools available. The top bar will allow you to change fonts, styles, add pictures and other content.
You can use custom tags to personalize your email. When you insert a custom tag, the value will either come from the user you are sending the email too, or the facility you are using. Use custom tags to give a personalized touch to your communications.
If you need to add any attachments, drag the file to the area at the bottom or click the box to upload a file.
Now it's time to select your members.
You can filter who you send messages to by the trainer they are using or their goal. The filters are on the top, and if you want to select your whole mailing list, press "select all."
Now you are able to preview your email and select the time that it will be sent out.

If you want to see the full email, use the box to enter your email address so you can receive a sample email.
Select the date and time that you would like the email to be sent.
Press finish to finalize the details and schedule the delivery.
You can see the results of your campaign on the "Mass Email" sub-navigation tab.
