Navigate to the Challenges tab under Members.
Click on Add challenge.
Under Challenge Details,
Fill in your Challenge name and description.
Input start and end dates.
Now you have 3 options to decide what completes a challenge:
- First to reach: This challenge ends when a member who has signed up for the challenge meets the target.
- Everyone who reaches: This challenge ends on the intended end date and everyone who has met the target wins the challenge.
- Whoever is leading: This challenge ends on the intended end date and the member who is on top of the leader board wins the challenge. (The Leaderboard shows the current position of the members in that particular challenge)
Then choose what exercise you want to track.
Next, decide the target for the challenge. This refers to the numeric value representing what the exercisers should track- distance, class count or workouts logged.
Finally choose the registration period.
Once you create challenges, you will be able to see them at their current status under the Challenge tab as Live, Future and Completed.
You can use the blue settings icon in the end under Manage to View or Edit the challenge.
Please note that once you've created the challenge, it is notified to your members and becomes available for sign up. It also means that you can edit only the start and end date of the challenge. The other features under the Challenge Setup section gets locked once you've created the challenge.
