Once you add staff on Halo Fitness Cloud, you will be able to see the staff listed under Facility > Staff tab.
The staff will receive a welcome email from Halo which will have instructions to activate account.
Until the staff actions on it, you can find he/she listed under the staff but it will say "Pending".
You can resend the invite or inform your staff to check their email and activate their Halo account.
Until the staff activates the account, they will be unable to access Halo.
