Only members who have activated their Halo Fitness app accounts can access the Halo Fitness app.
Once you add a member on Halo Fitness Cloud, you can check for your member under the Members > Manage > Pending List tab.
If you find their email on the Pending List tab, it means that the member has not signed up using the email link they received.
You can resend the invite by clicking on the Resend Invite button.
Once the member signs up, they will be able to log in to the Halo Fitness app.
You will then be able to find the member under the Member List tab.
