Please note the following updates regarding your Halo Fitness App accounts:
- Workout Improvements - Major Editing Updates!
We’ve worked hard to make workouts much more flexible and easier to use. Now you are free to update, delete, add, or copy exercises in one of your existing workouts! No more having to rigidly work your way through the workout, or making changes in the active session, and no more need to create a whole new workout from scratch just to make simple changes! Give these new features a try!
Clicking Edit within a plan will enable these new features:
Swiping left will offer the ability to delete the exercise. Changes made will only be saved once you tap 'Done' in the top right. Choosing Cancel will revert the plan back to its original contents.
Swiping right will offer the ability to copy that exercise and all of its values. You'll then be able to edit the individual exercises by tapping into them.
Changes made will only be saved once you tap 'Done' in the top right. Choosing Cancel will revert the plan back to its original contents.
Add an extra exercise
After tapping into a workout and choosing 'Edit' in the top right, the main action button will change from 'Start workout' to "Add Exercise". Tapping this allows you to add an exercise from the library.
Whilst editing a workout, tapping into one of the exercises will now allow you to change the goal (Reps, Time, Distance) and edit the corresponding values.
Save or Cancel?
After making your changes, choose 'Done' in the top right to instantly save the workout, or, choose 'Cancel' to revert the plan back to its original contents. Cancelling will always ask if you're sure you want to revert all of your changes back to the original.
- Add Stats - Measuring Scale Fix
When adding stats on the mobile app, the scrolling measuring scale used to enter the values would sometimes vanish - this has now been rectified.
