Coaching Dashboard - Workouts
With this release additional functionality has been added to the ‘workouts’ section of the members profile - the ability to assign workouts to a member from their profile and the ability to create a new workout from their profile.
Assign workouts can be found within the members profile select 'Coaching' > 'Workouts'.
As before this view shows all of the workouts the member has on their application and its respective source. If the trainer deems it appropriate they can be assigned additional workouts from the trainers back catalogue.
To do this select 'Assign Workout'.
This opens a side panel listing all of the trainers workouts in a searchable and filterable format.
The individual workouts can be previewed by selecting 'View'.
To assign a workout to the member simply select the individual or group of workouts from the table. This will update the label in the top right hand corner which states "Send workouts to <member>".
To bulk assign workouts simply select additional workouts in the table. This will update the label in the top right hand corner to indicate the number of workouts to be sent.
Selecting this button will automatically send the selected workouts to the member and the member will be notified.
Create a New Workout
If the trainer does not have an appropriate workout to meet the clients goal they can create a new workout specifically for the client. This workout will be sent to the individual but will also be available in the trainers back catalogue of workouts for future assignments.
Selecting ‘Create New Workout’ will load the workout builder. There are no changes to creating a new trainer workout apart from that via this method it will assign to workout to the specific member automatically.
