Requesting Access to Existing Halo Facilities (Invite Facility)

When a Halo Facility already exists and a user doesn't yet have access to it within their Halo account; users can now request access by using the "Invite Facility" feature outlined below. 

Step 1: Begin by selecting the new "Manage Facilities" option within the left side navigation.

Step 2: Next click the "Invite Facility By Email" hyperlink as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 3:

On the next page view you will enter the email address of an administrator who already has access to the facility you're requesting to join. You'll also input the Facility ID associated with the facility. You may have to contact the facility administrator for this information. You may also use the additional fields as shown below, to request access to more than one facility simultaneously. After the required fields have been entered, click "Next" to send the email invitation.

Step 4: 
After sending the email invitation you will see a success message and your pending invite will be placed within the "Pending Facilities" tab as shown in the screenshot below. 

Note: While an invite is in a pending state you can click the associated icon shown below to resend the invitation email or remove the pending invite.

Step 5:

The administrator to whom this invite was sent will receive an email notification alerting them of your request. They will need to login to their associated Halo account and approve/deny this request within the "Manage Requests" section of the "Manage Facilities" page. Once your request has been approved, you will be notified via email and you will now see this facility within your Halo account.
